In the last year, we have forged a series of strategic mobile TV partnerships to great success, including the following:

UK_

AETN’s first mobile TV launch was in the UK in 2005 on the Sky Mobile service where a growing number of subscribers can watch The Biography Channel in the Sky Music & Entertainment Pack and The History Channel in the Sky News, Sports and Factual Pack. Sky Mobile is available on Vodafone Sky Mobile, Orange and Three.

Portugal & Spain_

Both Canal de Historia and The Biography Channel are distributed on mobile in Portugal through TMN, Vodafone, and Optimus, and in Spain on Vodafone and Movistar.

Latin America_

Through a partnership with MobiTV, The History Channel and A&E are distributed throughout the region in Spanish and Portuguese. Both channels are available on Telcel in Mexico and Claro in Brazil.

Turkey_

On June 4th, Mobilturk launched English and Turkish-language versions of THC, BIO and CI Mobile loops on Vodafone, Turkcell and Avea.

Australia_

AETN’s partner in Australia, FOXTEL will offer made-for-mobile services of The Biography Channel and Crime & Investigation Network on TELSTRA Mobile TV service. Both channels will launch and be integrated to the FOXTEL by Mobile service in October.

US_

A&E and The History Channel mobile services are available on Sprint TV Live. Viewers can access The History Channel en espanol on Sprint TV en Vivo service.
